It's Bonus Friday once again! Today’s episode is all about genius! Working Genius, that is. We are thrilled to share the joy and benefit that our parish staff has received from using the Working Genius assessment as a way to more fully understand ourselves and each other. The result? Less judgment, more grace. Who doesn’t want that in their lives??
Working Genius turned us around in ways we could not have imagined. We went from being distrustful and even disliking of each other to appreciating each other in just a matter of days. This assessment showed us who we are, how we receive joy and energy, and what areas of work really put us in a fowl mood. From there we were better able to accept truth and move forward with a sense of peace and understanding.
We highly recommend this assessment for anyone who has work to do, whether it is in your family or your career. Knowing how to refill your cup and being aware of what will drain your cup quickly is key to preserving your joy.
